Funded PhD opportunity: Digital Futures at Work
Applications are now open for an ESRC White Rose Doctoral Training Partnership (WRDTP) Associated Studentship based at University of Leeds.
Hosted by the ESRC Centre for Digital Futures at Work (Digit) in Leeds University Business School, this funded studentship offers an exciting opportunity to explore how digital technologies are reshaping work and employment.
The project will focus on employee voice during digital transformation, examining how workers can be more effectively involved as technologies such as AI change jobs, roles and workplace practices. The research will involve case studies in the UK finance and insurance sector and offers opportunities to engage with leading organisations including the International Labour Organisation (ILO) and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
The studentship provides:

Open to UK and international applicants, the award can be taken full-time or part-time across a range of study routes.
